Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming bout.
Former two-time unified title holder Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to break his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
Despite these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead attacked former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, targeted British opponent Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
However, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's largest money-making draws, frequently receiving substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would derail the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently under discussion for 2026.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Size Difference
As the two fighters participated in the traditional stare-down, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it drove home just how improbable this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is truly proceeding.
